Customer Feedback – Your Comments & Thoughts


No business can grow and improve the quality of its services and operations without the support and help of their customers.
A service orientated business such as transportation in particular, can only expand and become efficient by taking customer feedback, their views and thoughts  into consideration .

Therefore, we would like to invite all our customers to contribute to this effort, which is aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of MVK Dhekunu Transport Network. 
As we come close to the first anniversary of the launch of our services in 2009, we are confident of further expansion of our fleets, both marine and land based, and meet our contractual obligation.

It is our hope that these options will encourage our customers to share their views and experience with reviews as well as multimedia. MVK launches bus services in Addu and Fuahmulah

MVK Dhekunu Transport Network began its long awaited bus services in Addu Atoll and Fuahmulah Island today.

A total of 4 buses are set to operate in Addu Atoll. In the first phase, 3 buses began operating in Addu today, linking Gan - Feydhoo - MaradhooFeydhoo - Maradhoo and Hithadhoo Island.

Similarly, 2 buses began operating in Gn. Fuahmulah today.

All bus services were free today to mark the launching of this service.

MVK Maldives began transportation services in the Southern Atoll in October 2009, after it was awarded the contract under the national transport network which aims to link all Maldives islands by regular transportation for the first time in history.


Hulhumeedhoo Bus services is scheduled to begin in September.

MVK Move in Gan Reunion 2010 Event

MVK Dhekunu Transport Network played a key role in the very special event held in Gan by former British RAF members.
These RAF members have been organizing reunion events in recent years, including the previous one in 2003.
MVK group was able to provide ferry services as well as bus services for the participants.

Addu and Fuahmulah linked by MVK Maldives

Regular daily high-speed ferries linking Addu Atoll and Fuahmulah Atoll has begun today. Ferries will depart Fuahmulah at 8:00am daily with the return leg from Addu at 2:00 pm. A return fare is currently set at Mrf 200 per person, 20% lower than what was charged earlier by Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC), which ran a weekday only service. MVK Dhekunu Transport Network launched

Dhekunu Transport MVK Dhekunu Transport Network began operations in 2nd October 2009 as part of the new national transport network established by the Government of Maldives. Under the contract, MVK was to provide sea and land transport services linking the southernmost Atolls of Addu, Fuahmulah and Huvadhoo.
Regular sea ferries, including high speed ferries as well as land transport buses are currently in operation in between the Atolls, with bus services in Addu Atoll and Fuahmulah island.
