Customer Feedback – Your Comments & Thoughts

No business can grow and improve the quality of its services and operations without the support and help of their customers.
A service orientated business such as transportation in particular, can only expand and become efficient by taking customer feedback, their views and thoughts  into consideration .

Therefore, we would like to invite all our customers to contribute to this effort, which is aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of MVK Dhekunu Transport Network.
As we come close to the first anniversary of the launch of our services in 2009, we are confident of further expansion of our fleets, both marine and land based, and meet our contractual obligation.
Please share your experience with us using the various social networking platforms that we have setup in www.mvkmove.com and we will endeavour to improve our services in light of the customer experience and feedback. It is our hope that these options will encourage our customers to share their views and experience with reviews as well as multimedia. If you wish, you could email your views, photos and video clips to mvkmove@gmail.com and we will be happy to publish them.

Our aim is to provide a service that is affordable without compromising on quality or the overall travelling experience.

Thank you for travelling with us!

  1. I would like to share a story with MVK, if they publish on the site, public will be able to know your service standard too. Earlier this month I departed from Hulhu-Meedhoo to Feydhoo. We reached Feydhoo after 50 mins. Most of the people had to wait for the bus for more than 15 mins as there was no bus when we reached. Also there was a patient and his family asked bus driver to come close to ferry but unfortunately he ignored saying it is not allowed. I was in the bus and it was damn hot inside but had to wait for the patient to arrive. It took a lot of time and they didn't receive any assistance from bus crews. While on the way many peoples complained and it was told by a senior official of MVK that there is no bus to Hulhu-Meedhoo specifically. According to their procedure bus stopped in certain points and many peoples came in even though there is no enough space. This made the bus extra hot and smelly. When the situation goes to this level I went off. Before this trip I wasn't aware of this terrible thing. But I would like to appreciate MVK for the service as "this is better than nothing"

  3. I am a student currently residing in Hithadhoo. For me the most anticipated time of the week is the departure to my home land Meedhoo. But unfortunately this has became a headache, due to the Bus schedule & Ferry departure clashing. So I am hoping you could change the departure of the ferry from 3.30PM to 3.45PM or you could resume the bus that arrived at 2.17PM near Province office. :)
